Mikael Moe joined Hale Skemp in 2020 and brings over a decade of legal experience to her role as a paralegal. She provides essential support to attorneys in several key practice areas, including guardianship, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law. Her knowledge of legal procedures, attention to detail, and commitment to client service make her an invaluable part of the firm’s team.
Mikael began her legal career in 2013 and went on to earn her Associate Degree in Legal Studies from Herzing University in 2018. Since then, she has worked closely with both clients and attorneys, assisting with the preparation of legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with courts and agencies, and helping to ensure that legal processes move forward efficiently and accurately.
Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Mikael’s calm demeanor, organizational strengths, and ability to explain complex legal steps in a clear and approachable manner. She takes pride in supporting clients during some of life’s most challenging transitions—whether they’re planning for the future, administering a loved one’s estate, or navigating real estate transactions.
Outside of the office, Mikael—known as “Kel” to her friends and family—enjoys spending her time restoring classic cars and vintage vans with her husband. She also loves relaxing with a good book and her dog by her side. Her interests outside of work reflect the same patience and dedication she brings to her role at the firm.
Mikael is proud to be part of the Hale Skemp team and to contribute to the firm’s longstanding reputation for legal excellence and client-focused service.
