Since 1919, Hale Skemp has collaborated with a wide variety of organizations, from non-profits to local charities and churches, to help make our communities stronger.

Our attorneys serve the legal profession by volunteering as board members and being involved in the state and local bar associations. Supporting and improving our communities is a priority for our firm.

Our attorneys contribute time, energy, and resources through pro bono legal services and charitable contributions that increase access to justice and help the most vulnerable populations.

Just to name a few:

• For 20 years Hale Skemp has been a sponsor of the Jim’s Grocery Bag Fund Golf Outing. All proceeds go to school districts in La Crosse County to provide food and funds for hungry children outside the normal school day.
• Hale Skemp has a team participating in and is a sponsor of the 2021 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in La Crosse. All proceeds from the Walk to End Alzheimer’s are dedicated to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
• Hale Skemp is a sponsor of the annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse Golf Outing. The organization serves hundreds of children a day at seven different locations in the area.
• Hale Skemp supports the Sparta Youth Hockey Association. Sponsorship makes youth hockey accessible to kids who may not otherwise be able to afford to participate.
