Will joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2018 and focuses on bankruptcy, business law, estate planning, and landlord-tenant law.
Before joining Hale Skemp, Will interned at Linklaters LLP, a multi-national law firm in Frankfurt, Germany, and as a prosecutor with the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In college, Will interned with the Public Employment Relations Board in Des Moines, Iowa. He uses this experience to view issues from a variety of perspectives and tailor his representation to the unique needs of each client.
During his time at University of Wisconsin Law School, Will was a member of the Wisconsin International Law Journal, a member and treasurer of the Wisconsin International Law Society, and a participant in the Wisconsin Judicare Indian Wills Caravan.
In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers, and playing the bagpipes.
